PULSAR的QPSK調配器屬于1個90°搭配、2路0°分頻器或兩個人BPSK配制器,能否在端口號D1和D2帶到±20mA控住控制指令,QPSK正交相幅度調制器將操縱信號燈相位偏離0°、90°、180°和270°。
